One family-made botanical formula, carried through three generations and across three lands.
Chapter One
A childhood among herbs
Aini grew up in Yunnan, in a home where botanical wellness meant knowing plants, honoring season and proportion, and caring for one another through everyday practice.
Known across China as the “Kingdom of Plants,” Yunnan gave Aini her earliest botanical language. She watched elders recognize materials, preserve family methods, and work with care and restraint. Before it became a craft, it was simply part of home.
Chapter Two
From family knowledge to a considered practice of care
What endured was not a formula made on demand, but an inherited method of knowing materials, proportion, application, and care.
The family’s knowledge passed through observation and repetition: a system encompassing 57 botanicals, with seven core botanicals forming the fixed house formula made by the family.
That discipline continues today. The formula remains consistent; the focus area, warmth, application, and pace are shaped around the guest’s comfort and how the day has left them feeling.

A long road to America
Wherever life carried her, the family formula and its way of caring came too.
Aini’s path led far from Yunnan—including years living in Palestine, where the family’s botanical practice remained a quiet constant of daily life and deepened through new friendships and rhythms. That journey shaped the studios you find today: rooted in Chinese tradition, at home with neighbors from everywhere.
Today, the third generation of the family craft continues across Brooklyn, Flushing, and California. The family-made formula remains at the center of every visit, while Aini’s attention to the person—their comfort, focus area, and present-day needs—shapes the experience around it.
